Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to provide substance use disorder and mental health support to individuals in our residential treatment program. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including intake forms, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, including case management and coordination of services.
- Engage in data collection for treatment outcomes and program evaluation purposes.
Skills
- Experience in addiction counseling and behavioral health interventions preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, documentation standards, and record management.
