Qualifications
- Proven experience in management roles within healthcare settings, with a strong background in nursing leadership.
- 3 years' experience working with behavioral health/substance use disorder.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Experience in quality assurance required.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive organizational change.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
