St. Joseph seeks a positive, part time person to be a cafeteria assistant.
Abilities required: Be able to lift 50 pounds from the floor to a cart.
- Know and follow State and Health department regulations and procedures and follows them such as hand washing procedures, wearing appropriate clothing, aprons, hair nets, gloves, etc.
- Prepare and serve food items; maintain food service facilities, equipment, and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition.
- May need to transport food from Garrett Keyser Butler in personal vehicle to St. Joseph school using the warming/cooling cambros.
- Evaluates, instructs, and maintains the highest quality possible of all foods served daily. Properly temping, prepping, cooking, holding, cooling, and storing all food items in a safe and efficient manner.
Abilities required: Be able to lift 50 pounds from the floor to a cart.
