Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring, dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will provide a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where infants and toddlers (ages 6 weeks to 2 years) can grow and thrive. You will help support each child’s developmental milestones while working closely with families and fellow staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive, developmentally appropriate care and supervision for infants and toddlers
- Maintain daily routines including diapering, feeding, and napping
- Plan and implement activities that support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
- Maintain open, respectful communication with families and colleagues
- Observe and document children’s development; share progress with parents
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience with infants/toddlers
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
