What are the responsibilities and job description for the Middle School (6-8) Math Teacher 26-27 position at St. Joseph Catholic School Richardson?
Job Requirements:
The candidate will be a dedicated professional who understands the joys and demands of teaching, with at least two years’ teaching experience (preferred). Teachers are expected to develop daily lessons that meet the goals of the classes, complete grading, maintain a homeroom class, as well as perform all basic administrative duties (ex. maintain attendance records, accurate grade book).
Education/Experience Requirements:
An undergraduate degree in teaching content area or a related field from an accredited university. A valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for the subject and level assigned is preferred. The candidate must have strong interpersonal communications skills and solid technology skills for use in instructional and professional tasks.
General Duties:

The Classroom Teacher plans, guides, and evaluates the learning process of students. This position reports to the assistant principal and has decision-making responsibilities within the framework of school policies, philosophy, organization, and curriculum.
