LPN WEEKEND WARRIORS NEEDED!

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a nursing home setting. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care. This is a Baylor position which means first and second shift doubles every weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Assist with daily living activities and support patients with personal hygiene needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about health management, medication administration, and treatment plans.
• Participate in triage and emergency response situations when required.
• Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and basic life support techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Pay: From $28.50 per hour
