What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Course Grounds Crew position at St Johnsbury Country Club?
Full Time or Part Time flexible positions available for the remainder of the 2026 golf season which usually runs until Oct 31, 2026. Position include golf membership benefits.
Starting wage posted. Actual wage will be based on each candidates level of experience with consideration for prior landscaping, mowing and golf course experience.
Looking for applicants who have experience working on a landscaping crew, golf course or parks department.
If you are already familiar with using golf course or farming equipment such as zero turns, tee, greens, fairway and rough mowers, tractors, weedwacker, blowers, etc. that is a plus.
Experience with bush hogs, tractors, back hoe, skidster, chain saw or other maintenance equipment is also useful but not required to qualify for employment.
Candidate must have a solid work ethic, be on time, dependable and a team player. This is a hands on position and we take pride in what we do.
References from prior employers will be requested.
Wages are dependent upon experience. If you have additional golf course experience we can discuss and adjust accordingly.
