Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse RN or LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals at St Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation. As a Nurse RN or LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on our patients' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical procedures
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment options
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Current RN or LPN licensure
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients and their families
Work Schedule:
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Shifts may vary, including days, evenings, and weekends, Shifts are 7am-7pm and 7pm - 7am
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate of $30 - $51 per hour
