About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Assessing and evaluating patient needs and developing individualized care plans
Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to physicians or other healthcare professionals

Current LPN licensure in the state of Vermont
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred
