Handyman to have (6) plus years health care related construction experience with significant skills in the following: Finished carpentry, rough carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, HVAC repair/ maintenance and operations, plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring (carpet tile, VCT, ceramic tile), Acrovyn installation, tenant improvements, doors/ hardware, minor equipment repair, masonry, concrete, anchoring, landscaping and irrigation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- (6) plus years construction experience
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and internet software
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (read, write, speak)
- Flexible schedule and availability to work overtime
- Team player with good communication and customer service skills
