Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Elementary School Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for Catholic education, a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and a strong ability to engage students in meaningful learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver engaging and standards-based lessons in alignment with the schools curriculum and Catholic values.
• Create and maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and development.
• Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative methods and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school-wide initiatives and events.
• Effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff to build strong relationships and foster a sense of community.
• Model Catholic values and actively participate in the spiritual life of the school, including prayer, liturgies, and faith-based activities.
• Maintain accurate records, including attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Elementary Education.
• Hold or be eligible to obtain a valid teaching license in North Dakota.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• A commitment to Catholic education and the ability to integrate faith into the learning environment.
• Prior teaching experience in an elementary school setting is preferred but not required.
