Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in various cleaning tasks and be detail-oriented.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming & mopping
- Perform all duties as directed on a rotating schedule to maintain all areas
- Ensure facilities are well-maintained at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in work
This position will offer flexible hours to minimize disruption to office staff and accommodate your schedule as well.
