- Rehearse regularly with choir members to develop vocal skills, harmony, and overall performance quality.

Qualifications
- Experience in church service musical performance, including reading sheet music and playing piano or organ.
- Strong knowledge of musical liturgical traditions and church choir leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage musical teams effectively while inspiring teamwork and excellence.
- Excellent communication skills for mentoring choir members and collaborating with church leadership.
- Familiarity with managing musical instruments, sound equipment, and managing music selection for various services.
- Experience working within nonprofit faith-based organizations is preferred.
