About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team at St. John's Community Services. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates, confirming their qualifications, and placing them in open roles within the agency.
- Partner with hiring managers and staffing coordinators to determine staffing needs.
- Source resumes and job applications, conduct screening interviews by phone or in person, and schedule interviews with the hiring manager.
- Administer appropriate assessments, check references, make recommendations for hire, and deliver employment offers.
- Utilize traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
This is an entry-level position that requires minimal experience. We are willing to train the right candidate. If you have excellent communication skills, are detail-oriented, and can work well in a team environment, we encourage you to apply.
What We Offer

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Possess up to two years of recruiting experience (preferred), but willing to train the right candidate.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Paycom, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, and Google Drive.
- Show excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a team player who is detail-oriented, a multi-tasker, and a problem-solver.
