JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: Administrative Coordinator
Summary:
Under supervision of the Office Manager, the Administrative Coordinator role combines front desk reception, and basic financial/data tracking responsibilities
for St. John’s Community Care.
Responsibilities:
Fulfillment of Mission – assure that high quality services are provided competently, compassionately, and dependably, as befitting a Christian outreach ministry. Provide a welcoming environment to all who seek help at St. John’s Community Care.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Reception
- Answer phone calls/voicemail/email
- General Filing
- General Administrative Duties
- Executive Support
- Bank Deposits
- General Data Tracking, where needed
- Mailouts
- Tracking billing receivables
- Tracking grant receivables
- Compliance & credential tracking
Qualifications/Abilities:
- Must possess good social and organizational skills. Ability to deal effectively and compassionately with individuals who are elderly and/or disabled
- - in person, by telephone, and in writing.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office suite, QuickBooks Online, Donor Perfect, and willingness to learn new software systems as needed)
- Knowledge of spelling and grammar.
- Detail oriented; ability to work accurately.
- Ability to be flexible with ever-changing systems/willingness to learn new systems
- A sincere commitment to the mission of the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
A High School diploma, GED, or knowledge and skill equivalent to 4 years of high school. Degree is preferred but not required. Experience in a health or human services or related field or with another not-for-profit organization is a plus.
