Job Summary
The Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing office, flex/R&D, and retail properties to both new and existing clients. This role includes negotiating new leases as well as renewals, with a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and current clients to assess space requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Deliver presentations to prospective tenants and real estate brokers
- Prepare and review proposals, lease agreements, amendments, and related documentation
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions in alignment with company objectives
- Coordinate with clients on interior design planning and construction budgeting
- Evaluate vacant spaces and recommend improvements or modifications based on market conditions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs and project requirements are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support lease renewals
- Participate in networking, industry, and community events to promote the company and its properties
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Business or related field preferred
Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing
Valid driver’s license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
