St Regis Academy is seeking a dependable, caring, and energetic individual to join our Aftercare Team. The Aftercare Staff Member is responsible for providing a safe, positive, and engaging environment for students during the after-school hours.
Schedule
Monday-Friday | 3:30-6:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Supervise students in the aftercare program and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Provide a welcoming, positive, and nurturing environment for students.
- Engage students in age-appropriate games, activities, crafts, and play.
- Help maintain a clean and organized aftercare environment.
- Follow all school and aftercare policies and procedures.
- Communicate professionally and positively with students, families, and school staff.
- Assist with student dismissal and ensure students are released according to established procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Enjoys working with children and demonstrates patience, enthusiasm, and dependability.
- Ability to maintain a safe and positive environment for students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.
