Job Responsibilities
As the Business Development Rep you will be responsible for St Joe Petroleum's fuel, propane, and oil business based out of Jamesport, MO. You will serve and lead a team of drivers and grow the business in the area. A breakdown of the job is listed below:
Safety
-work to ensure staff are fulfilling St Joe Petroleum safety standards on the road and at the site
Schedule Management
-coordinate schedules to ensure drivers are available to fulfill customer needs efficienty
Sales
-reach out to existing customers and make sure they are getting the services they need
-meet with prospective new customers to grow the business
Delivery Assistance
-deliver with CDL vehicles when the primary drivers are absent or during busy times
-help repair or setup customer tanks when the primary drivers are absent or during busy times
-help drivers when they have problems with delivery, invoicing, dispatching, or in other instances
Invoicing Assistance
-help the admin team quickly and accurately invoice our customers
Site & Equipment Maintenance
-keep the facilities and equipment pristine
-maintain and inspect the inventory
Act like an owner, if you see something that needs to be done then work to get it done
Qualifications:Ability to get a CDL B with no restrictions with the hazmat and tanker endorsement
Ability to be certified for propane home delivery and bottle fill
Ability to accomplish basic computer skills
Personality to engage with customers and employees
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
