ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer to the Executive Sous Chefs and Cooks.
- Maintain proper sanitation and health department standards in all kitchen areas.
- Keep the kitchen in a clean and safe manner at all times.
- Know and follow all the St. Jo Frontier Casino policies and procedures.
- Perform any other job asked by management.
- Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
- Maintain working relationship with all co-workers, maintain open communication with the Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef at all times.
- Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.
