The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for daily F&B operations. *There is a Sign On Bonus for this position, Ask you Hiring Manager for Details*
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weekly department staff scheduling.
- Employment hiring process.
- New hire process.
- Administer and enforce internal cash controls and procedures.
- Administer and enforce inventory controls.
- Maintain daily and weekly revenue reports.
- Weekly purchasing of all liquor, beer, wine, and beverage supplies.
- Maintain proper sanitation and Health department standards.
- Maintain proper maintenance schedule for all beverage department equipment and supplies.
- Any reasonable request by your immediate supervisor and any Manager.
- Ensure proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards are followed and maintained.
- Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
- Perform all job functions safely and responsibly.
- Meet job attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma required.
- Minimum three years of experience managing a high-volume food operation.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming License
- Missouri Servers License
- Valid Drivers License
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must be able to communicate in English effectively.
- Excellent employee and customer skills are essential.
- Excellent public relations skills.
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
