Position Overview
St. James Properties, LLC is seeking a reliable and professional Client Relations Specialist to support our top-performing real estate team. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and professional experience for clients and prospects
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member
- Respond to emails, texts, and voicemails in a timely manner
- Enter and maintain accurate client and prospect information
- Assist with Discovery Visits, guest check-ins/check-outs, and welcome packets
- Support Property Manager with maintenance coordination and vendor communication
- Help coordinate cleaning schedules and rental logistics
- Maintain organized records and assist with daily reporting
- Provide general administrative support to agents and management
Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Basic computer proficiency required:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Google Drive
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss) or property management software (Barefoot)
- Interest in real estate or property management
