St. James House has an opening for a full time LVN or RN for our 10:30pm – 6:30am shift. The full time schedule is a rotating schedule.
St James of Baytown is looking for a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) skilled at providing nursing assessment, planning, and care to maximize the comfort and health of our patients and their families. If you have a heart to serve others by caring for the patients individualized needs the way you'd care for the needs of your own family, then this may be just the right job for you. In this role, you will provide direct patient care within a skilled nursing facility. You will have the satisfaction of knowing you're ensuring the resident receives optimal care, by assessing, planning, implementing, reevaluating and revising care and coordinating resources. Among other responsibilities, you will update and maintain patient records and implement orders for medications and treatments.
