We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Closing Teacher to join our early childhood education team from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Responsibilities

• Implement and adapt curriculum plans that promote literacy, numeracy, social-emotional development, and physical activity tailored to children’s ages and individual needs.
• Manage classroom activities with enthusiasm, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children from toddler to preschool age.
• Support early intervention strategies and special education accommodations to meet diverse learning requirements.
• Engage children in age-appropriate lessons such as physical education, arts, and basic math to foster holistic development.
• Maintain effective behavior management techniques to promote positive conduct and emotional well-being among students.
• Collaborate with team members on lesson planning, classroom organization, and student progress assessments using standardized testing methods when applicable.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or development.

Experience

• Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, including toddler care and preschool teaching strategies.
• Experience developing curriculum content across subjects like literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods is preferred.
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom management tools that support a positive learning atmosphere.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and specialists in special education or early intervention programs.
• Previous experience working in private school or daycare settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
