Role Description The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Edison, NJ. This role involves managing daily office operations, including organizing files, maintaining records, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. The Office Administrator will answer phone calls and emails, support customer inquiries, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments and meetings, assisting with data entry and basic reporting, monitoring office supplies and equipment, and supporting management with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage daily operations, documentation, and scheduling.
