What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician/ attendant position at St. Hilary School?
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for self motivated individuals to serve as a Behavior Technician in a regular education classroom supporting students with developmental disabilities. This position requires ongoing data collection, implementation of intervention programs, behavior plans and reinforcement schedules. Ongoing and frequent communication and collaboration with relevant team members.
Required work experience, skills and education:
- Knowledge of ABA principles and application of programming
- Experience with data collection
- Experience working with children who have autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Education/background in special education, speech and language pathology, or psychology are preferred.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
