Powersports Sales Specialist

ST.HILAIRE MOTORSPORTS in Milford, NH has an immediate opening for an experienced Powersports Sales Specialist.

We are celebrating our 16th year in business, and our 2nd year with our Milford, NH location. We are an authorized dealer for Polaris® and CFMOTO® ATV's, Side-by-sides, Motorcycles, and snowmobiles. We also sell Mission and EZ Hauler trailers.

This area of New Hampshire is a beautiful place to live, with lots of riding opportunities on-road, off-road, on water, and on snow!

Job Duties:

• Provide high quality customer service to clients looking at purchasing a new or used vehicle.
• Manage leads assigned by manager quickly & effectively.
• Sell F&I products such as extended service, gap, tire & wheel, lifetime battery, etc.
• Obtain product knowledge by completing manufacturer training and performing research on your own.
• Provide Parts Department with suggestions on additional stock items in regards to accessories for machines.
• Work with Service Department to assist with internal units being completed in a timely fashion.
• Attend training events & seminars when available.
• Assist with cleaning & maintaining vehicles & facility when requested.
• Assist in achieving Sales Department sales goals.

Candidate requirements:

• Past experience as a commissioned sales person in the motorcycle, powersports, marine, RV, automotive, or similar fields.
• Vast knowledge of motorcycle & powersport vehicles.
• Valid drivers license with motorcycle endorsement.
• Customer oriented.
• Great attitude and people skills.
• Honesty & integrity.
• Must be clean, organized, drug free, punctual, and on time!

Not required, but beneficial:

• Factory training certification from major manufacturer.
