Qualifications:
? A bachelor's degree or at least five years of human resource experience.
? SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR credential preferred.
? Ability to use various computer systems and applications; ability to plan & organize; ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving techniques in the decision-making process; ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with all employees, volunteers, clients, and the public; ability to communicate clearly.

? Is skilled or experienced in team building, team participation, collaborative decision-making, and achieving organizational success.
? Has a proven ability to lead a team of clinicians and non-clinicians through a period of rapid organizational growth.
? Is a self-motivated leader with the ability to operate independently to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
? Possesses the ability and desire to excel in both development of long-term strategic vision, and daily operational execution.
? Is a data-based decision-maker, driving recommendations through methodical analysis over gut/feel.
? Demonstrates sound judgment and comfort in leading strategic decision making as well as a financial and human capital allocation for an organization.
? Has an unwavering dedication to learning, professional growth, and development as a priority throughout career.
? Possesses knowledge of regulatory, safety, risk management, accreditation, and compliance standards and activities required to maintain compliance, i.e., HIPAA, CARF, BACB, OIG, OSHA, CMS, etc.
? Has the ability to prioritize, organize, work independently and meet deadlines.
? Possesses strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to speak effectively before groups of families or employees of the organization.
