Duties
- Assist in managing daily rental operations, including customer inquiries, reservations, and walk-in traffic at the front desk
- Support inventory management by tracking equipment and supplies, and maintaining accurate records
- Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients, promoting rental services, and expanding our customer base through proactive outreach
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive rental experience for all clients
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and ready for use
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, phone etiquette, and marketing initiatives to boost visibility and sales
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently through public speaking and effective negotiation
- Proven experience in retail sales, sales management or outside sales roles with a focus on customer engagement
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and data entry processes
- Proficiency with office software
- Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in inventory management, retail maintenance procedures, or front desk operations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills paired with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Party rental experience a plus
