Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Nursing Facility Administrator to lead our facility with passion and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster an environment of exceptional resident care. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our reputation for providing compassionate senior care, including assisted living, memory care, and dementia support.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Lead and supervise nursing staff, caregivers, and administrative personnel to deliver outstanding resident care
- Develop and oversee individualized care plans for residents with diverse needs such as Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, and memory support
- Ensure medication administration protocols are followed accurately and safely
- Maintain strong relationships with residents’ families to promote transparency and trust
- Oversee quality assurance programs to uphold high standards of assisted living and long-term care services
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to implement effective home & community care strategies
Requirements
- Proven management experience in nursing homes or senior care facilities with supervisory responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of assisted living, nursing home operations, and long-term care regulations
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and those requiring specialized dementia or Alzheimer’s care
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and resource management skills
- Excellent leadership abilities to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
- Background in nursing, social work, or related healthcare fields preferred
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures and resident safety protocols
