What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) position at St. Francisville Nursing and Rehab?

Current LA licensure required and must be unencumbered. This job is for a fulltime day shift and night shift. Hours are 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am. This is a 12 hour rotating shift, two on two off, every other weekend. Duties include assessment, medication pass, admissions, wound care, completion of all required charting. Must be caring and understanding of the unique needs of a diverse group of residents who live in the facility. Applicant must be able to work well with the interdisciplinary team. New grads welcome.
