Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Music Teacher to inspire students in preschool thru 8th grade. In this role, you will develop engaging curricula, foster a love for musical arts, and create a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and confidence. Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive music curricula tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels, including early childhood education.
- Deliver engaging lessons in various musical disciplines.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment that promotes active participation.
- Organize a Christmas concert and end of year talent show.
- Willing to teach Catholic hymns.
Qualifications
- Candidate does not have to be Catholic but willing to teach Catholic hymns.
- Bachelors Degree. Does not need to be in education or music but prefered.
- Familiarity with working with children in preschool through 8th grade.
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate creative activities.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with students of all ages and staff members.
