2nd and 3rd Shift
Pay Range:
RN: $34.00 to $39.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience
Weekday Differentials:
$2/hr for 2nd shift
$5/hr for 3rd shift
Weekend Differentials:
$2/hr for 1st shift
$3/hr for 2nd shift
$6.50/hr for 3rd shift

Job Responsibilities
Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations
Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed
Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Long-term care experience preferred
Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
