Job Summary: The Security Officer inspects, monitors, controls, and patrols work sites, an assigned facility, and/or people, and may be expected to collect and complete paperwork. Maintains security at all hospital outlets. May conduct safety inspections. The position relies on guidelines and some experience and judgment to complete job and works under general supervision.

Minimum Required
Experience
High School degree or equivalent. No experience required 5 years of good driving experience: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and zero DUI convictions or reckless driving convictions; periodic motor vehicle/ driving record checks may be obtained throughout employment

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent

Interpersonal & human relations skills and oral & written communication skills
Licensure
Valid LA driver’s license (or must obtain one within probationary employment period if coming from out of state)
