Key Responsibilities:
- Staff scheduling - Enter, track staff schedules, ensuring daily accuracy for in and out punches.
- Communications with management and staff on a daily basis.
- Track staff/resident ratio with census.
- Coordinate with union representatives to ensure the union contract is being followed and upheld.
- Assist Department Management with projects.
