You Will Make An Impact By
- Collaborating with Instructor on activities to achieveoptimalsuccess for students.
- Demonstrating enthusiasm for the teaching/learning process for individual students.
- Creating educational support materials such as PowerPoints, bulletin boards, posters, etc.
- Regularly contributing to improvement of class materials and syllabi within prescribed shared governance culture.
- Maintaining scholarly activities.
- Participating in professional growth and servicein accordance withuniversity policies.
- Working knowledge of Canvas, LMS, ATI, Zoom and MS Office Suite.
- Compliance with state, federal and local laws/regulations relating to programs, governmental compliance, and other regulatory standards such asstateBoard of Nursing.
- Vocational Nursing Program - Must have at least one year of in-field practical experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse, preferably within the last 5 years.
- High schoolgraduateorequivalentrequired.
- Must hold a current California active license as a Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Mustdemonstratetraining in educational methods, testing and evaluation andevidence ofstrength in instructionalmethodology, delivery and techniques asindicatedby evaluation personnel within30 daysof beginning instruction.
