Description: Under the direction of the Administration, the Behavioral Interventionist serves to provide proactive behavior interventions for students with challenging emotional/behavioral, and social concerns. The behavioral intervention assistant also serves as a resource to effectively support the school's Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) framework. Genesis is the St. Francis Area Schools' Alternative to Suspension program housed at the St. Francis Learning Center. While this position will primarily work with K-6 students, you will be regularly asked to flex into the 6-12 space also.
