Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Aide professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring that all laundry services meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional service.
Schedule 10 pm- 6 am- Pay- $13.75/ hr
Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items according to established procedures.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute clean laundry items as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with laundering techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
