Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Nursing at St. Elizabeth's Adult Day Care Center, located in St. Louis, MO. The Director of Nursing will oversee nursing services, manage staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and develop care plans. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, monitoring patient care, infection control, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring high-quality care for all participants. This role does not include night and weekend shifts, and health benefits are provided free.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Nursing Management, Nursing, and Long-term Care
- Strong knowledge of Persons with IDD
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred
- Experience in adult day care services or a similar setting is a plus
