HEAD SOCCER COACH
Position Description: St. Edward High School is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Varsity Boys Soccer Coach to lead our high school’s soccer program and continue building a championship-level culture from the top down. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of coaching success, strong communication and management skills, and the ability to mentor and develop players across all levels of the program.

Responsibilities:
· Leading all aspects of the Eagle’s soccer program
· Developing and implementing effective practice plans and overseeing the communication to students and parents
· Teaching fundamental and advanced soccer skills
· Promoting academic accountability and character development
· Supervising assistant coaches and coordinating with athletic staff
· Managing game strategies, player evaluations, and team selection
· Ensuring compliance with OHSAA, State of Ohio athletic regulations and St. Edward High School certification requirements.
Qualifications:
· Experience coaching soccer at the high school, club, or collegiate level
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes
· State of Ohio Pupil Activity permit (or willingness to obtain)
