Server

Come join the team at St. Davids Golf Club! We are currently seeking servers, bartenders, food runners, and bussers to join our team.

As a member of our team, you will receive a starting wage of at least $16-$18/hour based on your experience. We value our team and want to help you succeed in your career. In addition, employees have access to free golf on Mondays when the club is closed.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Member Service & Hospitality

• Greet members and guests promptly and professionally
• Provide knowledgeable food and beverage service in dining rooms, bars, and events
• Learn and remember member names and preferences
• Deliver service that is attentive, respectful, and unhurried
• Address member requests and concerns promptly and professionally

Food & Beverage Service

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
• Product knowledge of offerings; Food & Beverage
• Serve food and beverages according to club presentation and timing standards
• Maintain proper table maintenance throughout service
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times

Club Standards & Teamwork

• Uphold club service standards, grooming standards, and etiquette
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleaning of dining areas
• Support tournaments, banquets, and special events as scheduled

Safety & Sanitation

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations
• Handle equipment, glassware, and club property with care

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Serving/Bartending Positions)
• Prior serving experience preferred; private club or upscale hospitality experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to teamwork and member satisfaction

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
