Compensation Our employees are our most valuable asset. The pay range for these positions starts at $31.30 to $38.32/hr depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This is a part-time variable role and will depend on family's availability. Please inquire with interest.

Program Summary:
This program helps families and early childhood providers support children with developmental, behavioral, and medical needs so they can be successful in childcare settings. It offers short-term coaching, consultation, observation, and training to strengthen communication, problem-solving, and inclusive practices. Services are provided both to parents and to childcare programs, with the goal of creating more stable, supportive, and consistent environments for children.
Position Overview:
The ECE Consultant works with families and early childhood programs to support children's success in childcare settings. This role gives support, coaching, and practical ideas to address challenges and build more inclusive environments. The consultant partners with parents, teachers, and program leaders to find what's working, solve problems, and strengthen everyday practices.

Job Qualifications:
Education
· Bachelor's degree required in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Social Work, Family Studies, or related field.
· Master's degree preferred.
Experience
· Minimum of 10 years of experience working in early childhood education settings.
· Experience providing coaching, consultation, or system-level support to adults (parents, educators, or leaders).
· Experience supporting children with diverse learning, behavioral, and medical needs in group care settings.
