Position Title:
Classroom Aide
Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset. The pay range for this position is $16.92 - $19.47/hr. ***This position is a temporary, part-time position, available May 1 -August 21, 2026.
This position is not eligible for benefits.
Schedule: Temp- PT- FT variable hours, with most weeks averaging at 20 hours per week- 1-5 M-F.
Location: Minnetonka
Program Summary:
Join a team of talented early childhood education specialists who are dedicated to changing the lives of children! For more than 60 years, St. David's Center has provided the highest quality of early childhood education to typically developing children and children with special needs ages 16 months - five years.
Position Overview:
Assisting the classroom teachers in the implementation of meaningful and effective classroom program. The Classroom Aide is under the general supervision of the teacher, who will observe and direct the work of the Classroom Aide in consultation with the aide's supervisor.

Job Qualifications:
Education
- Some workshops/classes in Early Childhood preferred
- Upon hire, complete all DHS and St. David's onboarding within 2 weeks
- CPR/First Aid Certification is preferred
Experience
Work experience in an early childhood setting is preferred.
