Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our MedSurg/Telemetry Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to a diverse patient population while working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting MedSurg assessments and pharmacology evaluations.
• Performing wound care and dialysis as required.
• Administering medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Utilizing advanced equipment such as Welch Allyn vital signs monitor and PCA pumps.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure optimal patient care.
  
  

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with active BLS certification and IV certification.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications are a plus.
