CT Tech - Contract Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 9:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Rotating call required on weekends.

Job Description

The CT Tech will be responsible for performing CT scans and imaging procedures. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to provide high-quality imaging services, adhering to established protocols and maintaining patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT scans, including but not limited to stroke protocols, trauma scans, and coronary/TAVR CTAs.
• Assist with biopsies and drainage procedures.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Document and communicate patient information effectively within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  
  

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
• Current TMB and BLS certifications
• Experience with trauma imaging preferred
