As a Lead Central Sterile Technician, you’ll help deliver safe, high-quality care by ensuring surgical instruments and supplies are expertly cleaned, sterilized, and ready to use. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the preparation, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instruments and supplies, making sure all items are properly cleaned and ready for use
- Organizing instruments and equipment based on surgery schedules and special case needs
- Monitoring sterilization processes and equipment performance, keeping accurate records, and promptly reporting any issues
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked workspace that supports the team and upholds the highest infection control standards
- Training and supporting team members to work safely, follow best practices, and care for every patient like family
- High School Graduate / GED
- 1 year of experience
