This comprehensive medical center features the only hybrid operating room in the county, a 24-hour emergency department with a Level II trauma center, and leading-edge cardiac care through the Heart Hospital of Austin at St. David’s Round Rock. - Demonstrates the ability to perform specific competencies as listed on the Competency Checklist. Meets mutually agreed upon performance goals/objectivesestablishedannually as listed on the Performance Management Plan.
- Integrates ethics in all areas of practice. Adheres to confidentiality andpatient’s rightpolicies.
- Completes work within acceptable time limits. Demonstrates the ability to set priorities.
- Able to perform several tasks simultaneously during peak workload situations.
- Ensuresaccuracy and completeness of work performed.
- Maintains a clean organized work area.
- High School Graduate\Equivalent preferred
