Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $74,900 - $91,700/a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Additionally, we offer generous PTO, paid holiday schedule, childcare discount, and eligibility for loan forgiveness!

Program Summary
St. David's Center is seeking a pediatric therapist to provide services in our Outpatient Pediatric Clinic and Autism Day Treatment programs.
We provide outpatient services to a varied caseload including children with sensory processing and modulation difficulties, motor coordination disorders, autism spectrum disorders, attention and learning difficulties, regulation and behavioral challenges, and feeding difficulties.
Position Overview
St. David's Center's Occupational Therapy program serves children ages 12 months - 12 years. Our OT's partner with speech pathologists and other providers to support children's functioning at home, school, and in the community. The techniques used are developed to elicit joy in play and support independence in daily activities.

- MN OT License, NBCOT Registration, CPR certification
- 1 years of experience working as a pediatric occupational therapist
