Looking to catch on with a growing high energy service company? St. Cyr Pool & Spa is growing fast and is in need of an experienced Service Manager. We have a robust service department that services swimming pools and hot tubs all over the north shore and southern New Hampshire
We are in search of a detail-oriented Team player to manage our service department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience managing in a home service based business
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to see patterns, good and bad and make corrections if needed
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff
- Fast learner
- Can make calculated decisions
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and communicate with the maintenance and service technicians throughout the day
- Work with dispatching to create efficient schedules and answer any scheduling questions
- Ensure customer satisfaction, job completeness and invoice accuracy on each service call
- Work with the warehouse manager to maintain an inventory of all items that the service and maintenance techs need
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Ensure companies standards and practices are maintained
- run relevant reports on a regular basis for senior management
- Collaborate with the construction manager
Pay based on experience, PTO, Health, Dental and 401k with match available after preliminary period.
