Join a pediatric nonprofit clinic that’s more than therapy. At St Croix Therapy, we provide OT, PT, SLP, and aquatic therapy—and extend our impact through programs, events, and community activities that support families across the St. Croix Valley. We’re hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our collaborative team, with opportunities for continuing education, leadership growth, and hiring bonuses.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality pediatric evaluations and treatment in your discipline.
- Collaborate closely with OT, PT, SLP teams to create integrated care plans.
- Communicate clearly with families and caregivers to support carryover.
- Document efficiently and contribute to program development and quality improvement.
- Engage with our broader mission by supporting and participating in non-therapy programs, community events, fundraisers, and family-centered activities that connect the clinic to the community.
- Contribute to our nonprofit mission through fundraising support and community engagement activities.
Schedule (15-40 hours a week)
- Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- No weekends or holidays

Requirements
SLPs:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Wisconsin SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
OTs:
- NBCOT Certification
- Wisconsin OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
For both roles:
- Pediatric experience and interest
- Availability within clinic hours (no weekends/holidays)
- Commitment to family-centered, evidence-informed pediatric practice
- Interest in supporting nonprofit fundraising and mission-focused initiatives
