Earth Science Teacher – St. Croix Preparatory Academy

Position is 1.0 FTE starting August 10, 2026

Required Qualifications

  • Current MN Earth Science Teaching License

Preferred But Not Required Qualifications

  • Experience with,
    • a classical model of education
    • college preparatory rigor in a high school setting
    • Advanced Placement (AP courses) teaching
    • Paidiea or Socratic Seminar/Discussion methods
    • PLC groups/Q Comp programs
Annual compensation ranges from $44,872-$67,835, depending upon years of teaching experience. This position is eligible for benefits. Our current Benefits Guide (attached) details the employer-sponsored benefits available at St. Croix Prep.
